Beautiful look out on a very active area. Lots of ferries & other ships going by. The little trail out to Gowland Point is relatively flat with some boardwalk.

Amazing shore access park beaches to the left and right, rocky cliffs in the mid point! Fabulous old firs, grassy hills, a lighthouse, with great spots to watch the constant flow of wildlife, whales, dolphins, seals, otters and more. A outhouse too.

A must-visit on Pender Island. A bit of a journey to reach, but spectacular views in a very accessible area. Plenty of opportunity to see local sea life.

Brooks Point Regional Park
This place is a beautiful ocean access on Pender Island. Me and my friend went here twice during our trip. We saw a humpback whale, sea lion, and sea otters the first time we went. Second time we just took in the area. If you are looking for an ocean access place to just take in the endless miles of ocean then this is the place for you. This place was recommended by my friend who has previously been to Pender before me.

Absolutely gorgeous spot. Maintained by volunteers, kudos to them!Must visit with sunny weather,stormy weather or any weather.
